I am the constantly surprised mother to Baby Wild (aka The Terrorist, or TT for short), & partner to Daddy Native. We live in the grey west of Scotland, between Glasgow and the sea. When not working, cooking or growing vegetables I try to get out and about with the toddler to explore whats on offer near by. This isn't always an easy feat, so this is where we share what's worked for us & encourage you to share your ideas.
This is the blog I kept looking to find once I got over the shock of having had a baby and grew brave enough to venture outdoors. Rather than grow frustrated about the lack of signposting for where to go out & about with a baby/toddler/young kids in the west of Scotland, I decided to put finger to key pad myself... and this is the result.
As well as writing another blog about gardening & foraging, I'm also trying to gather together your best words of wisdom and advice and put it altogether into a book for other first time parents.
As much as I want to encourage you to spread the word about this blog and the book, I'd appreciated if you didn't steal any of my images or words, at least without linking them back to this site!
